Placement of orders: Order and pay for your picnic bags online. All catering to be paid via credit card in full at time of booking. Picnic bags cannot be altered.

Last minute orders: Our booking system has an 18 hour window. After this time if you wish to book please phone and speak to one of the team . We will try to accommodate any last minute increases or new orders. Full payment will be required to secure booking. Please be in contact direct – Belinda – PH: 07 544 5335.
Dietary Requirements: Please pick from the picnic bags designed for dietary requirements
Postponement /Cancellation of the show: Due to the nature of the catering business and the purchasing for orders we require notice in writing at least 48 hrs in advance to cancel any order. After this time no refund applies.
Please note the event organizer can postpone or cancel a show due to weather conditions as late as midday on the date of the show. In the event that the show is postponed or cancelled within the 48 hour notice period or on the day, Catering can be picked up from the Lemongrass Kitchen between 4 -6 pm on the day of the postponed/cancelled show. We provide no refund or alternative day catering bookings in this instance and no refund of monies.
No refund is provided for any no-shows that have booked and paid for on the day of event.
In the event of postponement/cancelled show, the client can reorder catering for another date and show, with payment in full at time of booking.
Time of Delivery and Pick up at The Elms –
Your catering will be available for pick up prior to the show when doors open for the evening.

We shall not be responsible for any e-mail correspondence that does not reach our inbox at all, e-mails that arrive with delay, or for any correspondence that we send but does not reach the recipient’s inbox due to reasons beyond our control.
